I've worked on this sculpting project a little on and off for the last year. I wanted to create a Renaissance-style diorama where a family scene is displayed. I also took this opportunity to test the Houdini Vellum solver :)

The render scene is very simple, and it is mostly a backdrop and light blockers to get the look that I was after.
I used Houdini Vellum to make the simulated cloth.
I also used Houdini to generate Godrays; it used the light's position and projected it onto the model.
